Dianna Brescia is a wellness cook, holistic lifestyle creator, and chronic illness coach living in Los Angeles. She and Micaela Hoo are the founders and CEOs of Chronically Hacked, a world-renowned and celebrity endorsed online course that demystifies the confusing world of chronic illness.
After almost going blind from late-stage neurological Lyme disease and experiencing a devastating breakup in 2018, Dianna met hardship, trauma, and grief more profoundly than ever before. She immersed herself in years of life coaching, healing, and counseling and moved from her hometown in New York to Los Angeles. During this season of adversity, Dianna found a state of well-being through prayer, meditation, and conscious cooking. Through her healing process, she found remedies in the kitchen given birth to her first business Kitchen Remedy.
Dianna turned that discovery into a mission to help others find themselves. This was the start of Kitchen Remedy. Dianna is passionate about helping others find their message in the mess of things through the healing power of wholesome food. She knows the great amount of grit it takes to overcome an obstacle and draws from past experience to help her clients harness their strength to push through.
Dianna serves as a mentor in the Global Lyme Alliance Peer-to-Peer Mentor Program. She also offers 1:1 sessions for spiritual advising and life/chronic illness coaching. Dianna is currently writing a memoir/cookbook about her hardships, health journey, and healing. Dianna enjoys curating healing recipes, she lives by the beach with her 2 rescue pups and enjoys spending time in nature to keep herself grounded.
